Pay rate: £12.75 to £13.30 per hour
Job Type: Part-time, Bank leading to 30 hours per week
Shift patterns: 9 am-4 pm, 3 pm-9 pm, 9 pm-9 am (waking night)
Priority Recruitment are excited to present this brand-new opportunity for a Support Worker in Stevenage.
We are searching for a female Support Worker to assist a client living with brain injury and mobility and communication issues. The role includes personal care, supporting her in her day-to-day life, as well as helping her interact with the community and enjoy activities such as shopping or bowling.
Please note that previous experience in complex care and a driver’s license is required for this role.

Company and Role:
1. Supporting the client at her own home.
2. The client lives with a brain injury and experiences communication and mobility difficulties.
3. Personal care will be involved, in addition to companionship, taking part in activities, and other ways of interacting with the local community.
4. This is initially a bank role transitioning to 30 hours per week.
Successful Applicant:
1. Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle.
2. Previous experience with brain injury is preferred, but not essential – training will be provided.
3. Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends).
