The Role: Working alongside experienced sales and delivery teams ensuring smooth-running delivery process - Plan, commence, execute, supervise, and roundup assigned projects Coordinating the delivery of projects against statement of works Scheduling of Engineering resource Responsible for the flow of information to the customer and delivery team - deliver project documentation Ensure change process is followed and manage project escalations to ensure outcomes achieved Obtain feedback on work delivered, both during and at completion of works Highlighting follow-on opportunities to account managers Ensuring general up-keep and administration of service related documentation Job Requirements: Self-motivated and ambitious with a positive attitude. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Team oriented mindset. Ability to work within a fast-paced environment where work and fun are the key ingredients. Ability to build strong rapport. An underlying IT technical knowledge is not essential as full training will be given Ability to work as part of a team and display teamwork.
