About the Role
As an Admin Assistant (Care) you will provide high quality, organisational and administrative support to the Service. As this is a permanent post you’ll be working with us 20 hours per week over 5 days per week with the opportunity to become flexible.
Main Responsibilities
You’ll be the Administrative Assistant at our Area office in Varis Court, Forres. At the heart of our team, handling a range of administrative activities to ensure smooth continuation of service by:
1. Ensure effective and efficient clerical provision to staff and customers.
2. Demonstrate excellent customer service skills whilst promoting the service.
3. Provide support whilst being discreet and sensitive to customers’ needs.
4. Ensure and monitor contract invoicing and payments within the service.
5. Interact with customers providing front-line, face-to-face support.
6. Work to set deadlines and parameters to maintain service KPIs.
7. Plan and exercise conscious control of time spent on specific activities, to increase efficiency and productivity.
About You

1. Experience in an office based procedural based role or equivalent.
2. Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation (written and spoken).
3. Proficient user of MS packages.
4. Demonstrate the ability to learn bespoke computer database systems.
5. Demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative with minimum supervision.
6. Ability to work as part of a small team.
