Korber Supply Chain UK are looking for a Client Services Analyst working from our Ellesmere Port offices.
Working closely with Simon and his growing team for the first three months, we would love you to join us in the office Monday - Friday whilst you undertake training. Following successful completion of your training, you will take on a hybrid role with Tues/Thurs/plus 1 more day in the office that works for you!
As part of a recruitment drive in our Ellesmere Port office suite, we are rapidly expanding as a desired provider in electronic data interchange (EDI) services.
We are searching for a Client Services Analyst to join our Transportation Client Services team. You will be the first point of contact for our clients’ questions and requests, providing appropriate and timely responses.
As a Client Service Associate, you are responsible for client satisfaction and increasing sales. It’s your job to assist clients, resolve issues, and implement changes that can strengthen the company’s relationship with its clients and deliver high-level quality reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities
* Answer client inquiries regarding transportation services
* Support questions about MyShipInfo reporting and visibility solutions
* Assist clients and carriers to troubleshoot invoice and payment issues
* Analyse data sets and collaborate with clients to help them make the analytical findings executable
* Create and deliver business reviews that provide clients with transportation spend analysis, identify savings opportunities
* Deliver weekly customer financial reporting to customers
* Deliver month-end/accrual financial reporting to customers
* Understand customer needs and communicate those needs internally to enhance enVista’s software products, marketing collateral, and sales processes
* Drive continuous improvement of proprietary business tools through collaboration with the development team
* Collaborate with implementation, Freight Audit, Parcel Audit, Carrier Services, and Solutions Analyst teams to deliver client solutions
* Leverage Korber's business intelligence (BI) and reporting solutions to provide shippers with analysis that helps optimize their transportation operations and networks
Skills/Behaviours Required
* Ability to prioritize tasks and self-manage
* A natural problem solver with strong interpersonal skills
* Microsoft Office proficiency
* Education background to include Business or Information Technology; Supply Chain/Logistics strongly desired
