Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to be based at their offices in Tilbury. The successful candidate will be confident managing ER cases from start to finish, including complex grievances and disciplinaries. Description Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Managing employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures. Leading talent development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Providing guidance on employment law and compliance issues. Coordinating recruitment activities to attract top talent. Supporting the HR team in strategic planning and project management. Assisting in the management of HR metrics and reporting. Fostering a positive work culture and promoting the company's core values. Profile A successful Senior HR Advisor should have: CIPD qualified or qualified by experience Experience in a HR Advisor role with extensive experience managing Employee Relations cases from start to finish Up to date knowledge of employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organisational and project management abilities. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision making.
