We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in a dynamic office environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and demonstrate proficiency in various administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff and contributing to overall efficiency.
Experience in a similar role preferred however full training will be provided for the right person. Working hours will be 8am-4:30 Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
* Manage office communications, including answering phone calls and responding to emails with professionalism and courtesy.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up to date in our systems.
* Organise and maintain files electronically, to ensure easy access/finding to important documents.
* Diligently working through a vetting and compliance process to ensure that all of our staff have the correct documentation, references and checks prior to being offered work.
* Support the team with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements as required.
* Provide clerical support by managing office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary.
* Collaborate with team members on various projects, contributing ideas and assisting with administrative needs.
