My client based in Middlesbrough is currently looking for a Customer Services Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.
The role would suit someone who has direct managerial/team leader experience in a fast-paced, customer service-led environment. You will be responsible for supervising a small team of agents, as well as offering great customer care to an already established client base.
Duties of the role include:
1. To lead and support a small team of customer service agents
2. Adopting a hands-on approach between managing the team and building and developing your own existing client relationships
3. To monitor the team's performance
4. Handling complaints in a timely and professional manner
5. Handling incoming customer queries for new business
6. Liaising effectively between customer service and other departments, ensuring customer satisfaction at all levels
Salary: £27k-£30k depending on experience
Hours: Mon-Fri, 40hrs per week (some flexibility with start and finish times)
Role: Immediate start, permanent from day one
