Based at Innovation Campus Stratford Upon Avon, this is a varied role that will enable you to get involved across the trade specialisms in a truly multiskilled role. You’ll provide reactive and planned maintenance support to buildings including statutory testing and basic repairs to electrical and mechanical systems and building fabric. The role involves carrying out the important tasks around campus that always need doing, (mainly high-volume, repetitive, lower-skilled tasks) which help provide an outstanding customer service experience to everyone who uses our buildings. You’ll assist the Maintenance Technicians and specialist trades teams with their work too, so a great opportunity to learn and progress in your trade(s) specialism if you wish. You’ll help transport materials and equipment and meet contractors. About You You’ll have previous practical experience of building maintenance works in a varied environment and City & Guilds NVQ Level II in a relevant subject.
