Role Overview
Seeking an experienced Senior/ National Business Development Manager to drive growth in the UK for a leading global payments company. As a sole contributor, this target-driven individual will lead the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, with a focus on expanding partnerships and customer base in the region. The role will require 2 days in the office in London, 3 days of working from home.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Strategy & Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive UK market growth.
* Sales Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end sales, engaging C-suite executives and key stakeholders.
* Partnership Building: Establish strategic partnerships with fintechs, money transfer companies, and financial institutions.
* Customer Value Enhancement: Address customer needs, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.
* Service Rollout Coordination: Collaborate on new service introductions, aligning with market needs.
* Lead Generation: Attend events and source leads while providing sales performance reports.
* CRM Tracking: Maintain accurate CRM records to track sales activity and outcomes.
* Market Insights & Strategy: Analyse trends to keep the company competitive.
Qualifications
* Experience: 10-15 years in Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services, ideally in B2B sales for money remittance or PSPs.
* Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Management, or equivalent.
* Skills: CRM proficiency, adaptability, team collaboration, attention to detail, and relationship-building abilities.
* Languages: English fluency; Spanish is a plus.
