We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in local authority, social housing, domestic voids, response repairs, and DLO experience. The ideal candidate will have P&L management skills, be proficient with numbers, and excel in client management. You will oversee 3-4 contracts along with the same number of supervisors and direct reports.
Salary: £60,000 + £5,000 car allowance + £4,000 bonus + 23 days holiday (+8 bank holidays, +1 per year until 28 days) + pension and other benefits (please ask).
Responsibilities include:
1. Monitor the performance of the contract and ensure that Key Performance Indicators are achieved.
2. Manage resources to ensure efficiency and maintain contractual obligations.
3. Monitor progress of the contract to ensure completed works meet the agreed specification standards.
4. Ensure quality, safety, and environmental standards are promoted within the business unit.
5. Manage a team of Contract Supervisors and liaise with Administrators and Resident Liaison Officers to meet contractual expectations, including mentoring and developing employees.
6. Ensure works are completed to a high standard.
Requirements:
1. Knowledge of building maintenance and repairs.
2. Trade background preferred.
3. General Health and Safety certifications (IOSH, CSCS, Scaffold Management, SMSTS).
4. Full current UK clean driving licence.
5. Clean DBS.
