We are looking for a Design Coordinator to join our Building team based from our Moorgate office and central London projects.
The successful candidate will join our established design team and will support with design requirements from bid stage through to completion. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across exciting commercial projects based in central London.
What you'll do:
1. Work closely with the Senior Design Manager to review, understand and apply the design team scope and appointment documents
2. Contribute to the client monthly report as well as internal governance and Project Controls reporting
3. Assist with the delivery of statutory responsibilities (including building Control and Planning)
4. Support the delivery of the Digital Plan for the project
5. Assist and manage the project specific trackers for samples/ mock ups and benchmarks and keep it up to date
What you'll bring to the role:
1. Bachelors’ degrees in Architecture/ Engineering or a design related field
2. Prior experience within the construction industry working on commercial office developments would be preferred
3. Experience of design meetings, design debates, and coordinating activities with others to ensure project objectives are met.
