Job Purpose
The successful applicant will provide learning and development co-ordination and administration support. We are looking for a Learning and Development professional who will work closely with our HR team to support our L&D function. Our Administrator will be responsible for planning, facilitating and administratively coordinating employee training across YMCA Together services. We are looking for you to be an empathetic individual who values organisational skills and be responsible for strengthening our organisational learning and development. Your role will also include producing L&D compliance report, keeping employee training records up to date, co-ordinating internal and external training issue employee letters and updating our L&D system.
Duties and responsibilities
Taking bookings for all training and development courses internally and externally
Creating and updating training courses
Assisting with training day tasks such as booking refreshments, organising stationery and IT equipment on the day.
Keeping accurate training records for all employees including attendance records and feedback.
Preparing for and delivering training courses.
Assisting with devising and sending out the monthly training.
Providing general administration support to the HR team.
Providing information and reports for internal and external audits.
