Overview of the role
PayPoint is a market leading Payment Service Provider who provides payment services across a diverse portfolio of clients ranging from high street banks, energy suppliers, charities and local authorities.
We’re looking to hire an experienced Account Manager who will be responsible for elevating our client relationships and driving revenue growth through upselling our portfolio of payment solutions.
What will you be doing?
Grow and maintain strong client relationships
Deliver revenue growth through upselling of products
Identify and deliver sales plans to meet ambitious targets
To hold regular account performance reviews with clients
Manage the sales cycle form initial prospecting to closing and delivering the sale
Contract negotiation
Collaborate with internal teams to help deliver a great client experience
What would we like from you?
Experience of account relationship management
Proven track record of hitting sales targets
Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels to influence and make things happen
Proven facilitation, organisational and project management skills, with good attention to detail
Excellent presentation and communication (written and verbal) skills
Strong commercial acumen
Business development orientated
Computer literate
Educated to degree level a preference
What can we do for you?
The role is (Hybrid) but will require some travel to clients across the UK and to our bright and modern offices in Welwyn Garden City 2 days per week.
