Care Home Administrator
Hours: 40 hours per week - permanent
Salary: £33,000 per annum + fantastic benefits

Our client is looking for an experienced and dedicated Care Home Administrator to join their team and play a pivotal role within the homes management team. Providing the General Manager with the support needed to ensure the efficient running of a high quality home, this varied position encompasses managing Customer Experience elements alongside, HR, Recruitment, Payroll, Finance and the supervision of junior members of the administration team.
Youll need to be a self-sufficient and professional individual who is enthusiastic and promotes a positive image when communicating with others and talking about the home, creating a positive impression. Along with strong IT skills and excellent organisation, our client's Administrators will need to be comfortable in giving others direction.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors
2. Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home for prospective families, including managing the customer database appropriately to support the commercial performance and conversion of enquiries for the home
