Applications are invited for a Research Associate, based in the Department of Psychology. This project, funded by a Springboard Award from the Academy of Medical Sciences, will explore the usage of normative models (specifically human brain charts; Bethlehem, Seidlitz, White et al, 2022, Nature) for patient stratification and prognostication in an ongoing memory clinic cohort with health records linkage. The post-doctoral researcher will take the lead in developing data-driven patient stratification approaches from neuroimaging and health record data alongside exploring predictive approaches to longitudinal outcomes. While data collection in ongoing there is already available data through the Lifespan Brain Chart Consortium, in which the candidate will be embedded, to hit the ground running on data analytics.
