Sureserve Compliance Northwest We are a national company offering market leading heating & hot water solutions from a network of regional offices across the Northof England and the Midlands and the South West, strategically positioned to ensure comprehensive coverage and uncompromised access to our clients We are recruiting for a diligent, professional Contract Administrator to join our busy team. This role necessitates a resilient and detail-focused person with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Overview of the Role Contract Administrators are a key part of the team providing frontline support and outstanding customer service for our social housing and public sector clients Roles and Responsibilities: Answering telephones to customers and clients, booking appointments, dealing with queries Scheduling surveyors andengineers for install works Complete gas safe and warranties for new installs, compile installs packs for clients Invoice and financetasks as required Complete and update jobs on inhouse systems including verifications, ensuring systems are kept up to date Chasing up incomplete jobs and rescheduling when appropriate Dealing with problems and complaints and escalating when necessary Relevant Skills and Behaviours: You must have excellent communication skills gained within a customer focused environment. The ability to communicate with clients, residents, engineers and management effectively You will be a highly organised administrator and a team player. You must be IT literate with experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access) and have the ability to learn new systems quickly. Experience of domestic gas administration or similar is highly desirable but not essential. Outstanding customer care skills and a professional approach. Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations calmly. Problem-solving and decision-making skills. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
