What you’ll be doing:
1. Carrying out supportive and insightful personnel selection and early service leaver interviews in relation to resettlement
2. Attending one to one meetings with leavers and phase 1 recruits
3. Producing, recording and administering phase 1 recruit documentation
4. Signposting personnel for further advice and guidance in relation to learning & training
5. Promoting and facilitating opportunities for accessing and funding externally delivered elective learning opportunities (including e-learning courses and materials)
6. Proactively raising awareness of Resettlement amongst Service Leavers, to ensure Service Leavers are aware of the Resettlement support to which they are entitled and understand how to access such support
What we’re looking for:
7. Excellent interpersonal skills
8. Ability to write reports
9. Good IT skills using Microsoft Office, SharePoint
10. Previous experience in a role where you have coached, taught, supported individuals
11. Any experience within the Royal Navy, would be an advantage
12. Knowledge of the resettlement system, would be an advantage
13. Must be able to obtain UK SC clearance

Project Selborne is a £1 billion, 12-year contract which commenced operations on 1 April 2021. It is a strategic partnership between Team Fisher (a consortium of partners, led by Capita) and the Royal Navy, to transform 80% of shore-based training for sailors, submariners and marines.
