The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated & responsible individual to support 3-4 busy Financial Advisers and help deliver outstanding service to their clients. In this role, you will be the backbone of client support, handling administration, servicing, and compliance to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and advisers. If you have a passion for finance and a track record of going above and beyond in a support role, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Act as the first point of contact for client administration and technical queries.
2. Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, including admin centres.
3. Gather information from third-party providers to assist planners in delivering holistic financial solutions.
4. Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce, ensuring up-to-date information.
5. Support the team to meet service level agreements.
6. Manage key client processes, including withdrawals, redemptions, onboarding, portfolio changes, and rebalancing.
7. Oversee client bereavements, probate, and tax-related disposals.
8. Process new investments, liaising with clients on banking details and timescales.
9. Provide daily updates and reports to financial planners.

Must have the following qualities:
1. Experience in financial services (essential).
2. Experience using Salesforce.
3. Strong communicator with a professional and confident approach.
4. Able to work collaboratively with Financial Planners and the team.
5. Problem-solver with good common sense and influencing skills.
6. Reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure.
7. Solution-focused and proactive in improving processes.
8. Team player with a keen understanding of how to add value.
9. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
