The Role: Account Manager
This is a busy and varied role where no two days are the same. As the Account Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of hospitality clients, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional client experiences. So, we are looking for someone with prior agency experience who is used to managing multiple accounts at once.
You will be regularly collaborating with digital marketing and creative teams, bringing your own digital marketing knowledge and understanding to confidently report on and discuss data results and strategy directly with clients. You’ll manage campaigns that drive tangible results while fostering lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong client relationships as the main contact for day-to-day communication.
* Collaborate with digital marketing specialists to develop and execute SEO strategies and to plan and optimise Google Ad and Meta Ad campaigns – with the ability to articulately report results directly to the client.
* Lead client retention efforts and identify opportunities for upselling services.
* Partner with content creators to produce high-quality, engaging content.
* Oversee social media management, including content scheduling, posting, and performance monitoring.
Essential Skills:
* Proven experience in account management, ideally within a digital marketing agency.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts at once with top communication skills.
* Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics with the ability to confidently report on campaign performance, data and strategy.
* Exceptional organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
* A passion for the hospitality industry and food culture is a plus.
