We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join a leading provider of automated materials handling solutions. About the Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving sales of our client’s innovative solutions across diverse sectors, with a primary focus on FMCG manufacturing and automotive manufacturing industries. You’ll have the opportunity to work with major players in these sectors, offering state-of-the-art automated solutions that streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities in FMCG and automotive manufacturing sectors
* Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers
* Understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions that align with their operational goals
* Lead the entire sales process from initial contact through to project delivery
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project delivery
* Regular reporting and forecasting of sales activity
About You:
* Proven experience in sales of automated solutions or capital equipment, ideally in the FMCG or automotive manufacturing sectors
* Strong understanding of materials handling solutions, warehouse automation, or similar technologies
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build long-term client relationships
* A consultative sales approach with a focus on delivering value to clients
* Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working to targets and deadlines
