The Recruitment Coordinator will need to have excellent organisational and administrative skills to provide proactive support to the recruitment team nationally.
The role requires someone to prioritise tasks appropriately and be able to use initiative, to liaise with people at all levels across the firm in a professional manner, and to produce high quality work which is turned around quickly and accurately. The role requires someone with a vision of end-to-end processes who can take ownership, rather than purely focusing on the task at hand. As the firm seeks to drive positive transformation of technology and processes, this role would be an ideal opportunity for someone keen to have an impact in shaping our future.
