Our Shift Leader rate of pay starts from £14.76 an hour; this increases to £15.97 for stores inside the M25. For hours worked between midnight and 6am, you will receive an additional night premium of £2.35 per hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week for new colleagues, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We will schedule your shifts within your available times, with 3 weeks' notice. We are flexible and open to matching your availability as closely as possible.
Customers are at the heart of everything we do. It takes great people to run our stores, and as a Shift Leader, you will support store operations, help customers, and lead your team daily. Your role involves overseeing store activities, supporting colleagues, and ensuring excellent customer service.
As a Shift Leader, you will:
* Work in a dynamic retail environment

* Assist customers and ensure they leave satisfied
* Coach colleagues and provide feedback
* Maintain store safety and cleanliness
* Support store improvements and safety routines
