Description Provide efficient administrative support to the HR department. Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements. Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and issuing relevant correspondence. Support the onboarding process for new employees. Coordinate HR projects, meetings, and training seminars. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. Handle payroll functions and ensure accurate and timely processing. Profile A successful People Administrator should have: A solid understanding of HR functions and best practices. Excellent abilities in MS Office, HR software and databases. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. A high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organisational skills with an ability to multitask. A degree in Human Resources or relevant field. Job Offer A competitive salary range of £27,000 - £33,000 per annum.
