This is a Remote role with days 2 per month in the office. Flexibility is required for travel to any face-to-face meetings and in person client deliveries.

Your Role: As a Quantitative Researcher at Linney, you will:
* Design Methodologies: Develop and refine research methodologies to extract commercially relevant insights from diverse data sources.
* Analyse Data: Work with datasets from surveys, digital channels, UX research, and more to uncover valuable business opportunities.
* Client Collaboration: Help our clients understand their customers’ behaviours and translate data into actionable business strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience: Proven experience in market research or a related field, with a strong background in agency or client-side roles.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, DisplayR/Q, Python, and familiarity with Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity.
* Analytical Mindset: Ability to dig deep into data to uncover insights and present them in a compelling way.
* Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively share findings with colleagues and clients.
* Passion: A genuine interest in personal development and staying at the forefront of quantitative research innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Questionnaire Design: Create and implement survey methodologies, including quota and sampling frameworks.
* Data Processing: Manage online fieldwork, data processing, and analysis using various software packages.
* Insight Delivery: Present insights and recommendations to clients, highlighting value and opportunities within their commercial context.
* Ad-Hoc Analysis: Provide timely and accurate responses to client queries, offering clear research designs and actionable insights.
* Team Collaboration: Engage with internal teams to share insights and support decision-making processes.
* Proposal Development: Work with account directors and project managers to shape innovative research proposals.
