Role Overview An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Support Assistant to join our Architecture and Building Surveying (ABS) team.You’ll be responsible for supporting the ABS team in all aspects of their work and you will be based out of our York office (although alternative locations may be considered).Your focus will be in the following areas: Administrative support including typing, editing, compiling and proof-reading of documents, preparing minutes of meetings Diary and meeting management, travel and accommodation booking Supporting fee earners in utilising Savills financial tools, e.g:CRM administration Opening new instruction files and carrying out Conflict of Interest checks Financial support including regularly updating fee forecasts and raising invoices Assisting with financial reports (such as Aged Time and Debtors) Raising and managing purchase orders Inputting expense claims Completing timesheets Collating data for business wide reportingGeneral administrative duties specific to the discipline include: Liaising with clients, tenants and contractors Issuing works orders to contractors for various repairs and maintenance works Ensuring contractors are H&S approved Assisting with all aspects of Health & Safety Assisting with ISO and compliance audits Local marketing and Business Development support Taking responsibility for the appropriate filing and storage of data (either electronic via Sharepoint or hard copy) Click here to download the full job specification. The role will assist colleagues based in Newcastle, Carlisle, York, Peterborough, Telford and Chester offices.
