Job Overview:
The Client Relationship Executive will work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and the Business Development team to build and maintain strong relationships with NHS Trusts and public bodies. The role will involve managing the day-to-day communications with clients, handling inquiries, and supporting the team in onboarding new Trusts to our frameworks.
This is a junior role, ideal for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales and relationship management within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with NHS Trusts and other public sector clients.
• Client Communication: Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional responses.
• Supporting Onboarding: Assist the Client Relationship Manager with onboarding new NHS Trusts under the RM6281 and Total Workforce Solutions III frameworks.
• Performance Tracking: Track key performance metrics such as client engagement and success in signing up Trusts to the frameworks.
• Handling Objections: Support the senior team in overcoming objections from Trusts regarding supplier onboarding, referencing the frameworks and procurement regulations.

Key Skills and Requirements:
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build relationships over the phone and email.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with the Client Relationship Manager and Business Development team to support overall business objectives.
• Proactive and Self-Motivated: Driven to meet targets and exceed expectations in client engagement and performance.
• Interest in Healthcare and Sales: An interest in or previous experience in the healthcare or sales sectors is advantageous but not essential.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a high level of organisation in client communications.
