Hours: 40 hours per week
Shifts: 9am - 5:30pm - Monday to Friday initially however will include alternate weekends down the line
The Manor House Roundhay is our brand new 65 bed, state-of-the-art care home, set to open in October 2024.
Join us as a Receptionist at The Manor House Roundhay to make a real and positive difference to the lives of older people. You will support happy living by providing a polite, friendly, and professional reception service to the location, including welcoming visitors and acting as a first point of contact.
Required skills:
1. Having a customer service NVQ level 2 is desirable.
2. Understanding of data protection and confidentiality and the safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
3. Strong organisational skills
4. Effective communication skills
5. Strong interpersonal and empathy skills and a friendly personality.
