Triton Recruitment require a Customer Service Advisor in the Thirsk area.
Duties include:
1. Process sales orders and keep customers updated on production and delivery statuses.
2. Build relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.
3. Respond to enquiries.
4. Deal with customer complaints and handle them within the company guidelines.
5. General administration work.
Requirements:
1. 2 years of customer service experience.
2. Experience with SME manufacturing environment preferred.
3. GCSE or equivalent in English and Math, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
4. Good telephone communication skills.
This position is covering maternity leave. Ideally, candidates should drive due to location.
