Key Responsibilities of a Pastry Chef de Partie: Overseeing specific kitchen sections to ensure smooth operations. Collaborating with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to maintain consistency in food quality and presentation. Assisting with the planning and preparation of creative and delicious menus. Ensuring food preparation follows standard recipes and maintaining portion control. Monitoring food stock levels, ensuring the correct quantity and quality in relation to hotel occupancy. Leading and supervising the kitchen team, including other chefs and kitchen porters. Training junior staff to maintain high culinary standards. What are we looking for?
