We are looking for an experienced Buyer to join our team on-site in our Columbus, OH headquarters. This role has responsibilities to fully own all aspects of the supplier relationship from sourcing to sunset of our product lines.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop relationships and manage supply chain with a network of suppliers.
2. SKU creation and maintenance.
3. Perform troubleshooting on all invoice and price issues along with delivery-related problems.
4. Monitor potential stock outs caused by delivery delays and take necessary actions to ensure product availability.
5. Obtain in-depth knowledge and understanding of Rogue’s purchasing systems and methodology.
6. Maintain optimal inventory levels through detailed analysis of purchasing parameters.
7. Daily responsibilities will include issuance of purchase orders to suppliers, review of past due purchase orders, and updating the purchasing model for estimated delivery dates.
8. Conduct financial analysis to meet and exceed cost control targets.
9. Know and understand market forces driving product line, costs, and supply availability.
10. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate with internal and external parties while meeting tight deadlines.
11. Communicate with suppliers regarding quality issues.
12. Proactive communication with suppliers to ensure timely fulfillment of purchase orders.
13. Ability to solve problems and resolve issues quickly.
14. Ability to expedite and adapt to a changing schedule.
15. Full ownership of your workspace and self-starter.
16. Entrepreneurial mindset.
17. Work with the receiving department to update purchase orders and address receiving issues including processing deliveries as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or International Business.
2. High-level Excel skills.
3. Strong documentation, reporting, and organizational skills.
4. Proven ability to multitask.
5. Good basic math skills.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
7. Minimum 3 years experience in Purchasing, MRP, Procurement, Planning, or similar function.
