Lettings Director
This company is seeking a highly skilled Lettings Director to join their team. As a Lettings Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's lettings operations and ensuring that the company's properties are rented out to high-quality tenants.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement strategies to increase the company's lettings revenue
2. Manage a team of lettings agents and support staff
3. Ensure that all lettings activities comply with relevant regulations and legislation
4. Oversee the marketing of the company's properties and ensure that they are presented in the best possible light
5. Build and maintain relationships with landlords and tenants
6. Provide excellent customer service to all clients
Requirements
7. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
8. A proven track record of success in lettings management
9. Excellent communication and leadership skills
10. Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation
11. The ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies
