Key Responsibilities (Office Manager):
1. Dealing with the escalation of employee queries professionally and courteously over the phone, email and on a face-to-face basis.
2. Dealing with escalation for line managers with HR queries as required.
3. Developing, management and controlling employee and subcontractor T&Cs and variation letters as appropriate for UK and Irish employees /subcontractors.
4. Oversight of the on-boarding / exit process of any new starter (Staff or Subcontractor).
