Visiting Estate Manager (15 hours per week)

ELM Group is a leading residential estate management company, managing this attractive residential retirement development in Milford, Surrey comprising 24 units. We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic, and responsive Property Manager to take on the running of this development, fully supported by an Area Manager and a comprehensive office team.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-12:00pm, 15 hours per week
Salary: £9,750 per annum
The role of Estate Manager is subject to a DBS check.

Requirements:
* 2 years’ property management experience
* Excellent time-management skills
* Adaptable with a willingness to learn
* A positive, welcoming attitude and good communication skills
* You care about people and take a genuine interest in making a difference to their everyday lives
* Proficiency in basic IT skills is required, with basic ‘handyman’ skills and an interest in gardening
* This role will suit someone who has had previous experience in building or property maintenance; you will be able to work in a proactive manner and find solutions
Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the estate
* Manage regular building maintenance and supervision of contractors
* Monitor health and safety compliance and ensure the buildings and grounds maintain their high standard; this role is essential to providing an enviable place to live
* Professional, friendly, and hands-on approach to the management of your development
* You will be customer-focused and possess excellent communication skills
