Exciting news! We are opening a new 7 bedroom supported living service in June 2025 in West Bridgford.
We will be supporting adults with a range of needs, including learning disabilities and mental health needs.

Who you are:
* You will be an existing Registered Manager or a Deputy Manager with a minimum of 1 year of experience.
* Your experience will be based within a social care setting supporting adults or children with learning disabilities, autism, and/or mental health needs.
* You will have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent in Health & Social care, or a willingness/ability to work towards.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to listen attentively to others.
* Experience of supervising and supporting staff and deploying staff resources efficiently to meet the needs of the service.
* Ability to manage costs and allocate resources in line with budgetary requirements.
* Ability to conduct risk assessments with the people we support and devise support and risk management plans.
* You will embrace continuous improvement, sharing best practices with an open mind to learning.
* Able to work as an effective member of the Senior Management Team (SMT) and able to communicate the SMT’s visions, views, and decisions to the wider site in a unified manner.
* Flexible with the ability to cover all shift patterns.
