Location: To cover North Wales
Contract: Permanent Full Time, 35 hour week, 9am to 4.30pm, 4pm finish on a Friday

Role Overview: Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced health and social care assessor. We are keen to hear from candidates who have sound knowledge and experience within the health and social care field, with experience of delivering the NVQ Levels 2, 3 in Health and Social Care.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide outstanding support for learners and demonstrate organisational and planning skills.
2. Conduct and evaluate individual initial assessments ensuring all learners are on the correct programme at the right level.
3. Develop positive relationships with learners and employers on a monthly basis.
4. Actively promote the use of e-portfolio to all learners and employers.
5. Ensure all learners participate in an exit interview as part of quality assurance visits.
6. Be flexible in your approach to meet the needs of learners.
