As a Sales Advisor in Colchester, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Assisting customers at the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations whilst cross selling and up-selling.
2. Making phone calls to lapsed customers to regain their business.
3. Dealing with customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude.
4. Speaking to suppliers to get costings for items.
5. Completing general warehouse duties, including picking and packing orders, organising deliveries and ensuring merchandising displays to a high standard.
6. On occasion you may be required to work at our other branch in Colchester.
This is a full-time permanent position, 40 hours per week Monday - Friday between 06.30am - 5.30pm and Saturday mornings on a rota basis from 08.00am – 12.00pm.
And here’s what we’d like you to have:
1. Full UK Driving Licence
2. Proven experience in sales or customer service role
3. Dependable team player, prepared to support in all areas of the branch with a strong work ethic.
4. Eagerness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
