WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR … We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in safety training, wellbeing coaching, or adult learning, who demonstrates strong organisational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and facilitation skills that motivate, engage, and inspire both individuals and groups. With a people-first mindset, they will be able to foster trust and build meaningful connections. A background or certifications in workplace training, safety, health, or wellbeing—such as NEBOSH, IOSH, Mental Health First Aid, PTTLS, CTTLS, or a Level 3 Award in Education and Training—would be highly desirable. Adaptability, creativity, and a passion for making a positive impact are essential qualities for this role.
