We seek a skilled and dynamic Senior Associate to lead our HR Technology and Transformation initiatives. This pivotal role focuses on guiding key projects that underpin our journey towards digital transformation, especially in implementing, adjusting and overseeing cutting-edge HR solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a solid track record in HR technology project management, excellent stakeholder engagement abilities, and a strong foundation in Workday systems is preferred but not mandatory.
* Lead, direct and manage HR technology projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and external partners, to ensure successful project outcomes.
* Oversee stakeholder communications, manage expectations and ensure organizational transparency and project alignment. Manage external vendors when applicable.
* Facilitate the adoption of new HR technology solutions, offering training and support to enhance user experience and transition.
* Proactively identify and address project risks and challenges throughout the project lifecycle.
* Enhance project management methodologies and HR tech strategies within PwC, fostering management skill development.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
* Capability to handle complex projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a dynamic setting.

1. Workday System Expertise
o Configuration & Setup: Ability to configure and customize Workday modules (e.g., Human Resources, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Learning, Time Tracking, Benefits, etc.).
o Business Process Design: Experience in designing and configuring complex business processes within Workday to ensure efficient workflows and user experiences.
o Reporting & Analytics: Strong skills in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday’s built-in tools like Workday Report Writer and Workday Prism Analytics.
o Integrations: Knowledge of Workday’s integration tools, including Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), to connect Workday with other third-party systems (e.g., payroll, time tracking, ERP, benefits providers).
o Security Configuration: Understanding of Workday’s security model and how to configure roles, permissions, and access controls based on job functions and user needs.
2. Human Resources & Business Process Knowledge
o HR Process Understanding: Strong knowledge of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent development, compensation, benefits administration, and workforce planning.

o Workday Implementation: Experience leading or supporting the end-to-end implementation of Workday in organizations, including data migration, system integration, testing, and training.
o Change Management: Ability to manage change and drive adoption within the organization, ensuring smooth transitions when upgrading or implementing new Workday features.
o Testing & Validation: Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that the system functions as intended after configurations or upgrades.

o Issue Resolution: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve Workday-related issues, whether they are technical, functional, or user-related.
