Salary: £50,000 Very Attractive Bonus Structure, Benefits & More Location: Midlands South Role Overview: To manage the identification, activity, and engagement with National and Regional House builders to create new business demand for products, gaining maximum value from housing agreements and market share through our clients value and product leadership proposition whilst creating demand for new products and services through specification. Key Responsibilities: Drive the successful delivery of annual agreements (volume and number) to support the achievement of company revenue and volume targets within the designated geographical area. Oversee the commercial success of housing projects, collaborating closely with house builders to maximise commercial advantage, ensure supply chain commitment, and maintain compliance across all sites. Provide technical support and expert advice to customers, including the creation of tailored specifications. Work in partnership with the sales team to ensure compliance with supply chain agreements and the successful execution of projects. Implement the sales delivery aspect of the [Residential] marketing plan, engaging across all channels to promote new product developments (NPD) and targeted marketing strategies, strengthening and expanding our market position. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of projects, packages, companies, contacts, and actions within the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication across relevant functions. Continuously advocate for our value proposition and product offerings to align with customer and business needs. Experience & Skills Required: • Background in Insulation Products or Construction Products (Façade, Roofing, Building Envelope, etc.) gained within either a Manufacturer or Distributor.• Sales experience in a Territory-focused role. Ideally gained within the Residential/ Housebuilder space.• Dynamic relationship builder with a strong target-driven mindset.• Proactive and capable of working successfully using your own initiative.• Experience in a sales environment related to construction or similar, emphasizing relationship management.• Demonstrated ability to maintain and develop customer and contractor relationships.
