Job Description
The Key Responsibilities for the accounts receivable clerk are as follows:
1. Process and issue invoices accurately and in a timely manner
2. Monitor and manage outstanding accounts
3. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or client queries
4. Maintain accurate financial records and update customer accounts
5. Prepare and reconcile aged debt reports
6. Collaborate with internal teams
7. Ensure compliance
8. Support month-end closing activities related to receivables
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate for the accounts receivable clerk will have some or all of the above knowledge.
