Amazon Connect Engineer
About the Role:
We are seeking a talentedAmazon Connect Engineer to contribute to the development andimplementation of contact center solutions for our clients. Youwill be part of a team focused on building and deploying robustcontact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect and other AWSservices.
Responsibilities:
•Technical Implementation: Develop test and deploy components ofcontact center solutions under the guidance of senior engineers andarchitects.
• AWS Utilization: Leverageknowledge of AWS services (Lambda DynamoDB S3 SNS SNS Lex BedrockAPI Gateway Pinpoint etc.) to support contact center solutiondevelopment.
• Amazon Connect Proficiency: Gainproficiency in Amazon Connect features including contact flowsagent desktops and routing.
• CDK Familiarity:Learn and utilize AWS CDK for infrastructure as code to streamlinedeployment processes.
• Problem Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
•Learning and Development: Continuously expand knowledge of AmazonConnect AWS services and contact center technologies.
Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of cloudcomputing and contact center concepts.
•Exposure to AWS services and architecture.
•Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
•Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience withscripting languages (Python JavaScript).
•Experience with performance and load testing of Managedservices
