Job Description As an ITSM Systems Engineer within the Mergers & Acquisition team you’ll provide support and integration of our Visa Family of Companies (VFC) Services and application data into Visa. You will acquire a deep understanding of the Visa Family of Companies (VFC) business and its strategic importance to the wider Visa business and deliver a consistent integration approach across each acquisition. You will have a passion for delivering consistency and efficiencies, leveraging Generative AI technologies to enhance our integration processes and drive innovation. Responsibilities Collaborate with the M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team and key stakeholders to understand business objectives, integration requirements, and technology landscapes of target organizations. Collaborate with existing internal teams and across our newly acquired entities, both in respect of our IT and Business teams to ensure the successful integration of our ITSM based data and polices. Define and onboard applications into the CMDB ensuring data accuracy and integrity, bringing a consistent and acceptable approach that supports our SIA, BIA and ITDR processes. Identify appropriate Service owners and work collaboratively to identify appropriate data stewards. Support respective training for Service owners. Ensure that all processes align with Visa’s IT Service Management (ITSM) framework. Support proactive Problem Management processes to identify and mitigate potential issues. Educate team members on the Visa Change (CHG) process to ensure compliance and understanding. Promote and facilitate the adoption of company policies across the organization. Define and onboard roles and groups within the Ask Now platform, ensuring proper access controls and permissions. Lead the analysis for SIA/BIA processes to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness. Develop and refine IPM definitions to enhance incident and problem management capabilities. Identify areas for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains, leading opportunities for leveraging Generative AI to drive innovation. Partner with extended Visa technology and acquired entity for execution plan for G2TS Identifying proper service metrics and measurements for ensuring performance against Service Level Agreements.
