Main duties of the job To support the Ward Manager to :o Provide effective clinical leadership and management to lead and motivate the team.o Promote and monitor quality, safe and effective practice.o Enhance the patient/client experience.o Contribute to the delivery of the organisation's objectives. The post consists primarily of clinical care delivery and leadership, however there will be an element of managerial duties as the Deputy Ward Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the care of patients, managing and supporting staff and deputising for the Ward Manager.
