Ensure a positive experience for all who interact with Explorer House. Maintain security protocols by following procedures. Use relevant systems to carry out administrative tasks for visitors and specific teams/people. Maintain a professional front-of-house working environment. Complete necessary administrative tasks. Skills Required: Secondary education or equivalent, or relevant experience. Strong communication and organisational skills. Proven track record of excellent customer service skills. Previous experience in administration and reception would be beneficial.
