The Governors of Cheadle Primary School are seeking an experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic Business and Facilities Manager to join our committed and knowledgeable staff team and Senior Leadership Team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for managing the strategy and operation of the business functions of our school and for leading financial and budget management, human resources management, premises and facilities management and health & safety management.
Your expertise will ensure the efficient day-to-day running of our operational aspects and you will be supported within the admin team by our Office & Attendance Manager and Clerical Assistant.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have experience of working in a similar role in a primary, middle or high school and either have or be working towards school business management qualifications.
You will need to be dedicated, flexible and organised and approach your work with a positive attitude, honesty, confidentiality and integrity. We would also like to see someone who is friendly, approachable and who has a good sense of humour. This will be a very busy and demanding role and you should be resilient and able to work calmly under pressure.
