We invite applications for the role of Demand Manager Associate at our Ridings Point (Castleford) site. The role involves providing SKU-level sales forecasts for selected portfolio products and monitoring demand by incorporating business intelligence.
Please note that we offer a 9-month FTC.

A day in the life of a Demand Manager Associate...
* Support the S&OP process to deliver required service levels to customers, ensuring effective communication within the supply chain
* Monitor daily sales and ensure SKU forecasts support these, communicating effectively with the supply chain
* Engage with customers and sales teams, utilizing Portfolio and Pricing functions to help deliver the product-level AOP
* Maintain the sales manufacturing forecast by product for selected products
* Interact with multiple functions to understand demand drivers
* Use a collaborative/consensus approach with stakeholders to incorporate current market intelligence into demand forecasts
* Use & maintain Demand Planning software as the primary forecasting system, ensuring data accuracy and system integrity
* Collaborate with the Centre of Excellence to understand statistical models applied at the product level to maintain sales forecasts
Who we are looking for
Do you have...?
* Experience in Forecasting
* Experience in Healthcare/FMCG environment (including supply chain, sales, marketing, business development, or finance)
* Experience/exposure to Sales & Operations Planning processes
* Strong analytical skills
* Strong influencing and interpersonal skills
* Intermediate-Advanced Excel and presentation skills
Are you...?
* Educated to degree level (or A level with exceptional experience) in Mathematics or Business
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Able to coordinate, lead, and drive Demand Planning Review & Sign-off meetings
