Duties & Responsibilities: Support and assist Account Managers : Process customer bookings, including new deliveries, exchanges, removals, and resolving on-site issues. Customer support : Be the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, gathering necessary information to address their needs. Administrative tasks : Handle basic system amendments and administrative tasks in a timely manner. Customer requirements : Understand and meet individual customer needs. Mailbox management : Learn to organize and manage the team's mailbox daily. Request handling : Deal with and process various customer or supplier requests effectively. Reporting : Prepare administrative reports and spreadsheets as and when required.
