Morgan Hunt are looking to appoint an Architectural Technician for an immediate contract position.
This is to service Purpose Built Student Accommodation and Build To Rent developments of up to £60m in contract value. The new role
Using Revit to produce technical drawings
Stage 4 + Stage 5
Previous experience of PBSA or BTR schemes in Scotland would be advantageous.
Revit proficiency
Strong technical knowledge of current planning & building regulations
Ability to work well independently
Is office based.
