What you will be doing: Leading a culture of Zero Harm, ensuring safety, environmental, and wellbeing standards are met. Driving quality and efficiency, working towards Zero Defects and compliance with engineering and safety standards. Managing team performance and budgets, optimising productivity, headcount, and cost efficiency. Ensure on-time delivery, using capacity planning and workflow management to meet customer commitments. Developing and empower the team, fostering continuous improvement, lean leadership, and digital manufacturing adoption.
