Our client owns and operates a prominent & well established ultra luxury hotel located in a central London affluent and trendy location.
We are searching for a seasoned General Manager who has extensive experience in both rooms and sales, enabling them to develop this already thriving business. The F&B for this property is overseen by a very strong F&B Director, hence the expertise required for room sales.
This property has already seen heads turn with its all round emphasis on originality, service, F&B and creativity. Unique in its own right, this operation delivers exactly what the guest imagines.
As General Manager:
The role reports direct into the Owning company and requires a GM to be fully operational and take full ownership of their role.
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
1. Responsible for the overall management and realization of the strategic vision for the property
2. Instrumental in the financial development & growth
3. Recruit, lead and strengthen management teams.
4. Build on the culture of the business
5. Elevate the overall service quality to guests whilst incorporating a GSS
6. Grow the hotel team and make changes where required in order to elevate the morale of the team
